Best Country Album

The Grammy Award for Best Contemporary Country Album recognizes excellence in contemporary country music recordings that reflect the broad spectrum of contemporary country style and culture. This Category recognizes country music that remains reminiscent and relevant to the legacy of country music’s culture, while also engaging in more contemporary music forms. The Grammy is awarded to the artist, producer, and engineer/mixer of greater than 50 percent playing time on the album.
